Here at Waterside Community Fund we take your privacy seriously. We will only use the personal information supplied by you on our Grant Application Form to administer your grant and to provide any products and services awarded to you.
This may mean that we cross-check any information provided against publicly available social media profiles to verify accuracy and eligibility, and we may pass on your name, address and telephone number to a 3rd party supplier when arranging these goods and services. By signing/submitting the Application Form, you are giving your consent to this.
If you have supplied medical information as part of the grant application process, this will be securely destroyed by the Charity once the application has been considered by the Trustees and a decision has been made.
When your application has been supported by another Individual, we may approach the supporter to verify the application.
An applicant can request the removal of their personal information any time after the application has been processed and the data is no longer required by Waterside Community Fund.
